I was kind of expecting the return to be a bit of a headache, but it actually went really smoothly from start to finish. I sent the item back without any hassle, didn’t have to deal with a bunch of confusing steps, and the refund showed up quicker than I thought it would. Overall, it was a surprisingly easy experience

I’ve ordered from Fanatics a few times now, it can feel like a small victory when you catch a good sale. The prices are fair when discounts are running, but at full price, a few things definitely make me pause like I’m facing a major life decision. The sale items are usually worth it though. Shipping can sneak up on you, so I usually try to grab more than one thing to make it feel less painful. Overall, it’s a solid place for fan gear as long as you keep an eye out for the deals.

"Works fine, but it can be a little frustrating"
Fanatics is okay overall, and I can usually find the team gear I’m looking for. But the filters feel a little clunky to me, and sometimes they seem to reset when I go back a page, maybe it’s not just me?
Checkout was straightforward, but a few pages loaded slowly while I was browsing. It’s not a terrible site by any means, and it does get the job done, but I feel like it could be smoother, right?

"Felt cheap for what I paid"
I wanted to like this shirt , but it felt kind of cheap for the price . After just one wash , the logo already started cracking , which was disappointing .
"Mostly right, but still a hassle"
My order showed up on time and most of it was fine, but one of the shirts was the wrong size. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still annoying because I had to spend extra time and energy getting it sorted out when it should’ve been right the first time. Customer service did help, but it took a bit. Overall, it was just an okay experience

"Sizing felt a little inconsistent to me"
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt, and in my experience the sizing was kind of hit or miss. The hoodie fit me just fine, but the shirt felt smaller than I was expecting. The quality seems okay overall, I just personally wish the sizing was a bit more consistent between items.

"Canceling was way easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my order pretty much right after I placed it, which was totally on me. I figured it was going to turn into some annoying back-and-forth, but Fanatics handled it really fast. I got the confirmation email not long after, and there weren’t any weird issues or hoops to jump through. i appreciate how simple they made it
"Tired of promo codes not working"
I’ve tried using their discount codes a few times now, and it’s always the same thing, either the code says it’s not valid or it suddenly disappears when I get to checkout. The deals look great until you actually try to buy something. I’m tired of reaching out to customer service too, because the replies feel like the same copy-paste answer every time. It’s frustrating and starting to feel a bit misleading

"Everything arrived looking really good"
My package showed up in really solid shape, which just made me feel good about the whole thing. No dents, no torn corners, nothing weird going on with the box. It was clean, taped up well, and everything inside seemed totally safe. I don’t know, it just felt like they actually cared when they packed it...

"Refund was faster than I thought"
I had to send back a hoodie because it just didn’t fit right, and I felt kind of trapped after reading some of the reviews, like I was stuck waiting forever to get my money back. The return shipping itself was a bit slow, which was annoying, but once they received it, my refund showed up in about 4 days. So not a perfect experience, but the actual refund part was handled quicker than I expected.

I waited almost two weeks for my order to show up, which was frustrating. At some point I started wondering if it had even been shipped or if something was going on behind the scenes. It did arrive eventually, but the whole process felt way too slow.

i was impressed with how my custom Eagles jersey came out from Fanatics. The name and numbers looked cleaner than I expected, and everything was straight with no peeling or crooked lettering.
It did take a bit longer than a regular order, but that makes sense for something custom. I’ve already washed it once and it still looks good, so overall I’m really happy with it...

I had a small issue with my order tracking, and I might’ve been overchecking it because I was in a rush and kind of impatient. I reached out to customer service and they replied fast, faster than I thought they would. It did take a little back and forth, and part of that was probably on me because I didn’t explain everything clearly the first time. But they got it sorted out in the end, so overall I’d say the service was good

I placed the order and then just kind of waited. The tracking barely moved, then suddenly updated way later than it should have. It made it hard to know where my package actually was. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Checkout was frustrating"
I found what I was looking for quickly, so that part was fine, but the checkout process was annoying. The page kept loading really slowly, and I had to put in my shipping info again even though I had already entered it.
What made it more frustrating was that the total changed right at the end because of fees I hadn’t really noticed earlier. By that point I had already spent time picking everything out, so it just felt like a hassle, if that makes sense.
The order did go through, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but the checkout experience definitely needs some work. I’d probably think twice before ordering from here again.

"Said it was in stock, then it wasn’t"
I like a lot of the stuff fanatics carries, so I expected ordering to be straightforward. But the inventory has been frustrating. I picked out a hoodie that showed as available, placed the order, and then a few days later got an email saying it was actually out of stock. The annoying part is this has happened to me more than once. If something looks like I can buy it, I kind of expect it to actually be available. I just wish the site was updated better so I’m not wasting time choosing items that end up not being there.

"It's a gamble!"
We paid $160 for a jersey and it came with the wrong number on it. They have no customer service. It's like dealing with a government agency. I tried the online chat. That was a joke. I emailed twice but never heard back. They desperately need a competitor! Anytime there's not competition the customer service SUCKS! $160 wasted (was our sons big Christmas gift). We won't purchase from them again. However, I'm confident they won't miss our business and will live on the dominate the industry.
